Content & sources
naidly aggregates job listings directly from company career pages and the public interfaces of applicant
tracking systems. We honour robots.txt and crawl politely. Search results show the job title,
company and locations only; every listing links to the original posting on the employer's own site,
which remains the authoritative source. We do not publish listing texts as standalone pages.
Removal requests
If you represent an employer or a job board and want your listings removed from naidly, email [email protected] from an address at the company's domain, naming the site or listings concerned. We act within 2 business days; removed sites are excluded from future crawls.
Privacy
This section explains what data the site processes. naidly has no user accounts and does not require any personal data to use the search.
Server logs
Our web server and our content delivery network (Cloudflare, Inc., acting as our processor) record the IP address, request URL, user agent, referrer and timestamp of every request. Logs are used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting and are deleted after 14 days. Rate limiting uses the IP address in memory only. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and protecting the service.
Usage statistics
We count visits ourselves, on our own server, without any tracking script or cookie. Each request is attributed to a visitor identifier computed as a non-reversible hash of the IP address, the browser's user agent and a random salt that is generated fresh for every day and deleted once that day has passed; the IP address itself is not stored, and after the salt is deleted the identifier cannot be linked back to anyone — including by us — nor across days. Alongside it we store the page, the language, the country as reported by our CDN, the referring site and the time of the request, and keep these records for up to 13 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the service is used.
Search queries
Search terms and location filters are recorded to improve search quality and to decide which landing pages to build. They are stored together with the daily visitor identifier described above, never with your IP address. To match a query against listings, the query text may be processed by a third-party computing provider located in the EU, acting on our instructions as a processor; it receives the query text only — no IP address, cookie or other identifier — and does not retain it for its own purposes.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, naidly_lang, and only when you explicitly choose a language in
the footer switcher. It stores your chosen language for one year so that the home page opens in it. It is
strictly necessary for the function you requested and requires no consent. No analytics or tracking cookies
are set.
Third parties
No advertising, analytics or other third-party scripts are loaded by this site. Sponsored listings, if we ever show them, are delivered from our server like any other listing and marked as such.
Outbound links
Clicking a listing sends you to the employer's site through a redirect on naidly. We record the click (which listing, together with the daily visitor identifier described above) to count referrals per employer; the redirect carries no referrer, so the destination site does not learn which search brought you there.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Given that we hold no identifiable data beyond short-lived server logs and the daily-rotating usage statistics described above, most requests can be answered immediately: write to [email protected].
